Unwrapped

My wife and I went up to Grouse Mountain for the Artists for Conservation art show while there my wife wanted to see the grizzly bear enclosure . It was a very wet day and the bears were hard to find . As we walked I was taking pictures of the area where we came across these two trees where the bark had fallen off . I like the color of the wood and photographed them . I later decided to paint them .

18x24      oil on canvas .
